Delete your QuickTeam account

You can permanently delete your account from the QuickTeam web or mobile application.

Start a deletion request

  1. Sign in to QuickTeam on the web, or open the mobile app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete QuickTeam account.
  4. Review the affected clubs, confirm your email address and enter the displayed confirmation phrase.

Before deletion can proceed

A sole Club Admin must appoint another Club Admin first. A platform administrator must have privileged platform access removed first. A sole guardian receives an additional warning so another guardian can be arranged for a child when appropriate.

What deletion does

Deletion ends access to every club, removes sign-in identities, active permissions, notification devices and current account contact details, and anonymises retained member records. It cannot be undone. Historical payment, consent, safeguarding and operational records may remain where required, but they no longer identify an active QuickTeam account.

Email support@nomiva.co.uk. Support will need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request.
